In September 2025, preschoolers from 10 countries — Brazil, Germany, India, Mexico, Nigeria, Peru, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and Zimbabwe — sent their messages to governments on the new Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child, aimed at strengthening the right to education.
A Special Edition was published and distributed to all participants of the UN meeting held on 1–4 September, marking a historic first — the first time in UN history that this age group was represented.
